Lewis Barbecue, with locations in Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina, will open next year at Grubb Ventures’ Salvage Yard near Raleigh Iron Works along Atlantic Avenue in Midtown.
The restaurant joined Knightdale’s Prime Barbecue and Raleigh’s Sam Jones BBQ as Bib Gourmand recipients in the inaugural Michelin Guide American South unveiled this week.
