Raleigh Iron Works has signed another office lease, its first since last year.
Real estate investment firm Edgewater Ventures signed a lease for 8,836 square feet of space in the Double Gable building at Raleigh Iron Works. The firm will relocate from its office on Glenwood Avenue to the second floor, above the slide, at the mixed-use development along Atlantic Avenue and led by Jamestown and Grubb Ventures.
