Grubb Ventures is on a roll leasing tenants at Raleigh Iron Works.

Grubb and development partner Jamestown have signed multifamily giant Greystar to the mixed-use development along Atlantic Avenue. This brings the development’s office occupancy rate to 60 percent, according to Grubb.

Greystar joins recently signed Edgewater Ventures for office space in the Double Gable building. Several retailers, such as wine bar Saint-Pierre, have announced plans to join the popular development.

Greystar will fill 5,849 square feet on the second floor next to Edgewater Ventures. The Charleston, South Carolina, company did not respond to requests for comment about when it will move in and how many employees will be housed in the office space.

Greystar is relocating from its Raleigh offices at the GlenLake 5 office building in Highwoods Properties’ (NYSE: HIW) Glenlake Office Park near Crabtree Valley Mall. It will bring its property management, development and construction teams to the Iron Works office.
