DraftKings (Nasdaq: DKNG), with a market cap approaching $14 billion, is leasing nearly 12,000 square feet of space at Raleigh Iron Works, located along Atlantic Avenue in midtown.
The buildout for the suite is expected to be complete in the fall, according to Iron Works developer Grubb Ventures. Permits filed with the City of Raleigh say the space will be used for administrative offices.
