Raleigh Iron Works has had quite the expansion since its summer 2023 opening. The mixed-use development has welcomed a variety of tenants over the past year ranging from eateries to lifestyle businesses.
Up next to make a home of Raleigh Iron Works is Mami Nora’s, a Peruvian chicken restaurant. The decade-old eatery will serve its classic rotisserie chicken and made-to-order items like Arroz Chaufa and Lomo Saltado.
Recent openings in the development include Hunky Dory, a beloved 919 vinyl store, Atlanta-based Tex-Mex restaurant Little Rey, and an expansion of The Flourish Market in the form of a coworking space. Flourish Coworking opened in October 2024 and is adjacent to the brand’s boutique.
Also, already on the roster is Urban Pothos for plant lovers, YoBa for yoga + barre exercise, high-intensity pilates studio Solidcore, Andia’s Ice Cream and Beatniks, a clothing store with fashions ranging from outdoor to skatewear.
