Triangle Business Journal | The developers behind a big mixed-use project underway along Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh are planning a future phase that could have taller, denser development.

Atlanta-based Jamestown and Grubb Ventures kicked off construction on the first phase of Raleigh Iron Works last year and are eyeing a Q3 opening. Looking ahead, the group appears to be eyeing taller buildings with a rezoning request in the works to allow development up to 20 stories high for portions of the site slated for phase 2.
