With two leases recently signed, the development along Atlantic Avenue in Midtown, led by Grubb Ventures and Jamestown, has reached a 97 percent lease rate for its office suites.
New York-based McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm that works with some of the world’s largest companies and most powerful governments, is filling one of the spec suites at Raleigh Iron Works. The company will occupy 3,723 square feet of space on the second floor of the Double Gable building.
