WRAL | What’s On Tap | Ponysaurus Brewing Co. will be among the new businesses at Raleigh Iron Works, an upcoming mixed-use innovation hub set to open in spring 2023, developers announced Monday.
Ponysaurus will be opening a barrel room and restaurant at Iron Works. The space will include a sour beer facility with production space for barrel aging, blending and bottling. The restaurant will serve pizza, bar food and a have variety of beers on tap.
